THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK:

       JOE RYAN ASSERTS THAT AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF EVIDENCE INDICATES THAT FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OFFICERS ARE ENGAGED IN A MASSIVE RACKETEERING SCHEME THAT IS BEING EMPOWERED BY THE TWO MAJOR PARTIES.
        proceeding from that viewpoint, here's how Joe Ryan would approach issues concerning the Federal Reserve Bank, it's secretive owners and employees.

1) Joe Ryan believes that the Federal Reserve Bank should have all of the powers it holds through the Federal Government taken away and extinguish it's association with the Treasury Department completely, in order to restore the rule of law, eliminate conflicts of interest concerning our money supply, and to return the coinage of money to the US government's control as the Constitution requires.

2) Joe Ryan believes that all Officers, and high-level employees of the Federal reserve Bank need to be placed under investigation, should have their passports seized and their movemnets restricted, until the extent of their rackateering activities can be sorted out, and all the assetts they have stolen or allowed to be embezzled be returned to the control of the United Staes governmnet to the greatest extent possible.

AUDITING THE FED

NOTE: JOE RYAN FEELS THE DEBATE OVER 'AUDITING THE FED' IS A JOKE, SINCE HE'S 100% POSITIVE THAT THE OWNERS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK WOULD NEVER GIVE CONGRESS THE GREEN LIGHT TO PROCEED WITH ANY TYPE OF AUDIT THAT INVOLVED ANYTHING MORE THAN A PUBLIC RELATIONS, SMOKE AND MIIRRORS, SIDESHOW.

FACTS ABOUT THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK

      1)The primary reason the price of food and gas is going crazy is because The Federal Reserve Bank is creating money out of thin air, and then loaning the same money to hedge funds that speculate in the commodities markets. The money supply was recently invigorated with the implicit understanding that the money - being conjured up out of thin air - would be invested in the US Real Estate market. Instead the hedge funds took the money and dove head first into oil speculation and food speculation. The media keeps up telling America that oil and food is way up because of biofuels use and increases in populations. That's almost pure bunk. They repeat the same baloney on propaganda outlets - that are effectively controlled bt the fed itself - like the Nightly Business News on Public Broadcasting (PBS).

      2)The Federal Reserve Bank is putting America's economy at grave risk, so the friends and associates of the Federal Reserve Bank owners can loot us all. Joe Ryan believes the whole scheme and all the participants are not capitalist, but rather criminals that belong in jail. America has lost it's way by allowing a criminal syndicate to control the nation's money supply. We didn't change the constitution to create a fourth branch of government charged with setting financial policy and that takes over regulatory functions that have been delegated to congress and the executive branch.

     3)Our fourth branch of government inflates bubbles, deflate bubbles, and make money playing the public for fools throughout the process. Joe Ryan believes the subprime crisis was planned and executed for profit by the Federal Reserve officials and their associates from Wall Street (who placed put options on most of the markets big losers, just before the market implosion began). Joe Ryan knows that the secretive families that own The Federal Reserve Bank are a source of many of America's problems, and he would act accordingly if elected.
