Taxes must be raised to pay for his insane spending craze. No nation can survive the toll that will be placed upon the US's citizenry to pay for the looting that has occurred. Capitalism has no chance under these conditions. The government has now pledged 13 trillion dollars to fix problems caused by Wall Street Greedmeisters and other common criminals connected to the two major parties. What's occurred. has nothing to do with governance, and everything to do with arrogance of power displayed by persons who consider themselves 'untouchable' due to their association with powerful Democrats and Republican Party enablers. The Democrats and Republicans will steal our money through a variety of involuntary - value added - type tax schemes or fees and 'penalties', to pay a debt that is an outgrowth of their own crime and greed. Let the world's billionaires, the traders at Goldman Sachs, and others who looted main street's economy, pay the debt.
• INFLATION: HIGHER FOOD PRICES: Food prices in the 52nd District have risen noticeably in the last three years, along with medicine prices, medical charges, insurance costs, vehicle prices, tuition, public transit fares. Most of the increases are tied to government waste, government theft, and a dearth of competition caused by unwise government regulation of free markets.
• HIGHER GAS PRICES: The Hedge funds that both major party's are married to are also rigging the oil markets; driving gasoline prices to unprecedented levels.
• POLITICAL CORRUPTION: Both Party's are completely Bought and Sold. Individual Democrats and Republicans may go to Washington with good intentions; but they are soon overwhelmed by the major party, beltway mob. Duncan Hunter gets money from Donald Rumsfeld and all the same bribers that fed at the trough during Daddy Hunter's reign.
• LOOTING of THE ECONOMY: Both Party's allow criminals to steal the Wealth of Our Nation through a myriad of schemes and scams that both Republicans and Democrats feign anger over. The scandals never end, and they are always perpetrated by persons who have made contributions to one of the two major crime gangs (the democratic party and/or the republican party).
• CORRUPTED COURTS & MORE LAWYERS: Every Single Bill or Law the Democrats and Republicans get together and pass, has 'more-lawyers required' stamped right on the top! All hard working victims of the Court System and the corrupt law profession must unite and purge Democratic Party and Republican party operatives from the system, or nothing will change.
• DEBT ENSLAVEMENT: The Democrats and Republicans have acted as bond merchants, and have sponsored universal credit schemes; bankrupting the Nation's Children before they reach the age of maturity; while they put all of our institutions of government in debt. In order to pay the debt, public resources will be taken at a later date. Today it's California's lottery proceeds, and our analog airwaves; and tomorrow it could be the San Diego Police Headquarters, since that building and many others have been expressly pledged as collateral in recent bond offerings.

Don't be fooled by The San Diego media. Once again they'll do their best Pravda imitation, acting to protect their major party patrons, by refusing to acknowledge Joe Ryan's existence in the race for the 52nd District seat. If you read an article concerning the 52nd District Candidates and Joe Ryan's name is not mentioned with the other candidates, it's not because Joseph Ryan has died or left politics, it's because SD media members are just doing what they do best: Lie to the public and cover up crimes committed by contributors and other 'movers and shakers' connected to the two major parties. Joe Ryan cannot be bribed, bought or intimidated by the criminals running both major parties. The fact that Joe Ryan is considered a pariah by the San Diego Union and the patrons of the Democrat and Republican parties is a sure indicator that Joe Ryan would be the best representative for the 52nd District. Joe Ryan is beholden to no one! That's why the SD media will act collectively to try and veto his candidacy. Over-ride their veto by voting for Joe Ryan in the general election this November.

Joe Ryan understands that 'free trade' is designed to help large size business with hoards of attorneys lord over smaller competition, as his international customer base is weakened by the massive import duties his retail customers pay when they buy one of his products, and his sales are impacted daily by the waves of cheap, dangerous, counterfeit products that the criminals running our country pretend they can't locate or regulate.

The Only Candidate with a Law Degree. The Only Candidate in The race to be the 52nd District LAW-maker who actually has a LAW Degree. The floor of congress is place where a representative has to think on their feet without the aide of staff. The debates often concern complicated points of law, and cross-examination skills are needed in hearings where adverse witnesses testify. Don't send someone without a law degree. That would be like putting a guppy in a shark tank. And don't send an attorney, that would be like putting a fox in charge of guarding the hen house.

A Candidate that understands Economics. Joe Ryan has a broad understanding of the machinations and financial Looting that have been occurring on Wall Street, and a plan to deal with it. If Elected, Joe Ryan will focus on the how the Democrats and the Republicans continue to tax our families into poverty to pay for Wall Street schemes, and he'll try an join with the wave of Independents, that are sure to be elected by 2010, in a plan to stop the looting of our economy.

The Only Candidate willing to buck the DC Think-Tanks and detail a workable vision for US foreign Policy: Joe Ryan thinks independently. He values the opinions of experts, but he would not take his cue from Beltway Brainwashing Institutions like the Brookings Institute and The Council On Foreign Relations (CFR). Joe Ryan believes we can't afford to forego close cooperation with Russia (on a wide range of issues), and we can't afford the old way of battling terrorism (with overwhelming force and a monumental security apparatus).

The Only Candidate in The Race with a Plan to Reform The US Education System. Communities don't need universal values and education standards imposed on them from Washington. Joe Ryan understands that the reason our Education system is deteriorating is because of the enormous drain on resources that occurs at all levels in order to monitor every school and every teacher in every classroom so that no independent thought escapes from an uncontrolled education environment. So Joe Ryan believes we can start fixing the system by eliminating the grant system. We don't need to send our money to Washington, and then turn multitudes of teachers into administrators and grant-applicant writers, so we can convince grant-analyzers to return a portion of the money to our community.

LEAVE 'NO CHILD ACT' BEHIND

Joe Ryan also believes that diagnostic-testing needs to be done in a limited, sensible, financially responsible manner, or not done at all. By pushing back against Federal control over local school systems, we can improve our education system in a relatively short period of time; thus revitalizing the dream of attaining a worthwhile high-school education, and an affordable college education as well. Duncan Hunter supports George Bush's attempt to assert federal Control over local education (The No Child Left Behind Act), but Joe Ryan does not.

Deficit Financed Funding of Education is Pure Folly

On the state level, Joe Ryan believes we cannot fall for anymore of Arnold's bond schemes. Joe Ryan believes that bond-funding of education needs, is a short-cut we shouldn't take. Instead, Joe Ryan believes that massive bloat in school administrative staff levels and excessive executive salaries, needs to be addressed with vigor before teachers are cut! The Chancellor of the San Jose Community College made 290k in salary last year, and then she was given a 150k Christmas bonus. Her total compensation was over 440k for one year. During the year she went on a junket to the country of her birth, and tooled around town in a limo, going to the best restaurants in San Jose on our dime.

Joe Ryan would Sponsor Bills to Limit Salary of Public Employees

If elected, Joe Ryan would sponsor a bill to cut off all federal Education funds to any state that pays any college administrator more than one-hundred thousand dollars a year in direct salary or that grants any bonuses to any government employee of an public college. Since the law would apply equally to all 50 states, the argument made where the school administrators claim they have to pay private-corporate salaries to keep their administrators from leaving for a different school system, would be rendered mute. The bill would include a cost of living adjustment mechanism that would equalize the law's impact on government employees effected by the law. If elected, Joe Ryan would voluntarily place limits on his own salary, without being forced to do so by the operation of a law. If elected, Joe Ryan would reduse his salary by over 100k, to bring it in line with the median income of his contituents.
