       Independents - and independent minded voters - who are tired of problems caused by waste and corruption connected to the existence of the two-party system, can actively participate in the election process, right now, during June and July of 2010, so the voters will finally be able to consider voting for an Independent candidate in the general election contest, on November 2nd, 2010. The form has to be in the mail by the 3rd of August in order for the signatures to count, since all the signatures have to be in by the August 4th deadline.

* Elect A Small Businessman: Joe Ryan has extensive experience with wholesale and retail sales to domestic and International markets. Experience with the design process, manufacturing process, and the logistics of importing and exporting. Joe has more than twenty years of business experience. * With a Law Degree: Joe Ryan received his Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the ABA in 2001. Joe Ryan pursued his Law degree for business and political reasons, so he never sat for the bar, and he is NOT an attorney. Nonetheless, Joe Ryan's legal education provides Joe Ryan with a particular skill-set his opponents lack. There are very, very few members of Congress who are not attorneys or at least law school graduates, since serving in Congress involves analyzing and drafting statutes, studying cases pertaining to the US Constitution, and similar law-related tasks. You don't need to be trained in law related matters to serve in Congress, but it can't hurt to have some legal training considering what members should be doing with their time each day. Undereducated members of Congress, or members of Congress with an education that isn't particularly suited to serving in Congress are more likely to have to rely on staff and lobbyist to explain the import and impact of legislation being considered by the House., then someone with some legal training.

* Money Can't Buy: It's time to throw the money changers out of congress! Joe Ryan will not accept any contributions from anyone, now or ever. The will-power of the voters must carry Joe Ryan to victory or he will lose. Joe Ryan will not raise money or hold fundraiser's to increase the chance he will win the election.

A Representative who Will NOT Accept Any monetary ($$$) Contributions Whatsoever. Joe Ryan Vows, that if elected, he will Never ever accept a bribe in any form. No Free Dinners, No vacations disguised as 'fact-finding' missions, No 'K' Street Visits, No interaction with PAC's, No campaign debts; No pollsters; No consultants; No paid campaign strategist; No expensive mailers; No fundraising Events. Joe Ryan will pay the filing fee and then it's up to the public to decide whether they want to vote for money grubbers, or for someone who can fight for his constituents without any money related distractions.

A Candidate that can unite Constituents where the common good is at stake. Joe Ryan does not hate anyone from either major party, and he does not consider members of either party to his enemy, or persons he cannot engage in meaningful dialogue with. Persons who are extreme partisans on the far ends of the political spectrum might take offense with Joe Ryan's candidacy, but most voters would appreciate it if their representative was flexible enough to work with persons from both sides of the aisle.

      We can all agree that deficit spending to fund government waste (regardless of which major party has the most control over expenditures) is pure folly, and that money funding major party candidates has corrupted the political decision making process, causing 'bad' legislation to be written and enacted on a consistent basis. Joe Ryan is a spendthrift who would not sponsor or ratify misuse of taxpayer dollars. Also, since Joe Ryan does not accept money from anyone, his election to the house would remove all money from any relationship it has with political considerations taking place in the 52nd District: Sending a serious shot-across-the-bow of the two money driven parties.

Someone with Extensive Business Experience. Joe Ryan has been importing, exporting, designing, manufacturing, and selling products in retail and wholesale markets for the last 10 years, and he ammassed over 15 years of experience in the construction and home improvement business before he began attending college in 1992. While attending college (1993-2000), Joe Ryan was employed in a series of jobs of a semi-menial, blue-collar nature, typically held by aspiring students; but, even those jobs provided Joe Ryan with insight in to the financial and operational systems in place at various types of businesses, and within various local industries.

The Only Candidate with a Law Degree. The Only Candidate in The race to be the 52nd District LAW-maker who actually has a LAW Degree. The floor of congress is place where a representative has to think on their feet without the aide of staff. The debates often concern complicated points of law, and cross-examination skills are needed in hearings where adverse witnesses testify. Don't send someone without a law degree, unless they have some other special, law related skills or an independently developed ability to analze legislation and the constitution. All of Joe Ryan's opponents are untrained in the law.

A Candidate who understands Economics. Joe Ryan has a broad understanding of the machinations and financial Looting that have been occurring on Wall Street, and a plan to deal with it. If Elected, Joe Ryan will focus on the how the Democrats and the Republicans continue to tax our families into poverty to pay for Wall Street schemes, and he'll try and join with the wave of Independents, that are sure to be elected in 2012, in a plan to stop the looting of our economy.

The Only Candidate willing to buck the DC Think-Tanks and detail a workable vision for US foreign Policy: Joe Ryan thinks independently. He values the opinions of experts, but he would not take his cue from Beltway Brainwashing Institutions like the Brookings Institute and The Council On Foreign Relations (CFR). Joe Ryan believes we can't afford to continue to waste resources imposing our will in Afghanistan, and we can't afford the to battle terrorism with overwhelming force and a monumental security apparatus. Joe Ryan favors efficient allocation of anti-terrorism resource that emphasizes direct and immediate security concerns at home, rather than an intensively tracking and chasing suspected terrorist in far-flung locations. Joe Ryan would advocate for legislation leading to much stricter control over who can enter and travel in the US, and he would support more concentration on North Korea's brand of terrorism, and confronting other states desiring to develop nuclear and biological weapons that could be used against the People of the US, sometime in the foreseeable future.
