MY CAMPAIGN WAS TORPEDOED BY A GROUP OF RACKETEERS WORKING WITHIN YOUR GOVERNMENT, AND FOR THE EAST COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: A group of racketeers - whose members include Bonnie Dumanis, Duncan Hunter and members of his staff, as well as persons who are current and former Board members and employees of the East County Chamber of Commerce, fearing the presence of an Independent Candidate on the ballot in this volatile election cycle, decided to direct a wave of crime at me and my wife, so I would have difficulty campaigning to make the ballot in 2010. SURPRISED THAT I SPENT SEVEN MONTHS ON TRIAL FOR SPEAKING AT A DEBATE AND THE SD MEDIA NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT IT?
        You shouldn't be shocked. The SD Media hides a lot from you. They throw a few government-scandal tidbits the public's way, and they will help the gang toss one of their own under the bus (like they did to Duke Cunningham), when the bosses signal it's OK; but make no mistake about it, The SD Press members are simply part of the criminal syndicate that runs the county. Although middling level press members may not directly benefit from the gang's criminal enterprises, by keeping their mouths shut about certain things that go on in this town, they are able to keep their jobs, be protected from prosecution for crimes they commit, and be accepted in the high-society circles they want so desperately to be a part of.
       So that's why you've never read about me being put on trial for speaking at a debate, or that Bonnie Dumanis spent up to 200k trying to shut me up. And certainly, SD Press members can't let you know that I beat Bonnie Dumanis at trial, so the whole 200k was wasted. THE SAN DIEGO PRESS IS A CLIQUE THAT ACTS IN UNISON, AND ALMOST EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE CLIQUE HAS MADE A DECISION - WHETHER THEY ARE A PUBLISHER, EDITOR OR REPORTER - THAT IT IS IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO AID AND ABET A RACKETEERING ENTERPRISE, RATHER THAN TELL THE PUBLIC ABOUT MY EXISTENCE:
       Almost the entire San Diego media is covering-up the fact that I was put on trial for seven months last year for attempting to speak in a debate against Duncan Hunter. Evidence recorded on dispatch tapes, show both Duncan Hunter and Michael Benoit had the police summonsed to stop Joe Ryan from speaking in a debate against them.
       Tapes of the debate in question indicate that a reporter from the San Diego Union-Tribune was involved in instigating my arrest, and KUSI and FOX-5 's cameramen hid their tapes of the event to obstruct justice. Since the San Diego media has acted worse than any bunch of Pravda reporters ever could, the San Diego press clique cannot tell the public about my existence. That pretty much dooms my chance of winning any election for any office.
      The seven letters of my first & last names can never be seen or heard in the San Diego press, because to do so would result in the public finding out I was placed on trial for my speech by local GOP goons, working with public employees from the Grossmont Cuyamaca College District. Joe Ryan

THERE THE PRESS GOES AGAIN: MIKE CULLY SUDDENLY FIRED(?), AND NOBODY KNOWS WHY
        On or about the 20th of September, I caused a copy of a Business and Professions Code 6107-08 complaint to be served on the California Supreme Court. Judging by the number of persons who have downloaded the PDF version of the report, it's obvious that some SD Press members are aware that the complaint was filed. The complaint details how Mike Cully of the East County Chamber of Commerce was involved in a civil rights conspiracy that targeted Joe Ryan.
      The day after the complaint was filed, the Board of the East County Chamber of Commerce announced that Mike Cully had resigned as CEO and President of the Chamber 'for personal reasons'. Of course, all twenty-four board members of the East County Chamber of Commerce know why Mike Cully left the Chamber, but lo and behold, in articles printed in the Union-Tribune, The Alpine Sun, and other local print media, the reporter can't find a soul who knows why Mike Cully left his job. Of course, not one reporter in San Diego County will tell the public why Mike Cully was fired, or they might be held responsible for the public discovering my existence, and the facts surrounding my trial. The press is aiding and abetting racketeering once again. They play dumb, and exercise discretion - regarding what they tell the public - in a manner reminiscent of a Pravda reporter working for the KGB. All that matters to the schmucks who call themselves reporters in San Diego County, is keeping the paychecks flowing-in unabated. Integrity means nothing, and they have no shame. JOE RYAN CATCHES MEG WHITMAN STEALING!

       I CAUGHT MEG WHITMAN STEALING FROM GCCCD, AND - EVEN THOUGH SHE'S RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR RIGHT NOW - THE PRESS WON'T TELL THE PUBLIC MEG'S BEEN CAUGHT; BECAUSE 'JOE RYAN' DID THE SLEEPY, CORRUPT, SD PRESS'S JOB FOR THEM. REPORTERS AND PUBLISHERS CAN'T ADMIT THEY WERE HANDED A STORY, AND THEY CAN'T ADMIT I EXIST; SO THE STORY CAN'T BE 'BROKEN' TO THE PUBLIC. IT'S THE RULES@!
      Because of my sheer dedication and refusal to quit, after numerous letters and trips to GCCCD, I was able to finally get GCCCD to honor my document requests (submitted per government Code section 6250), wherein I repeatedly demanded to see proof that Meg Whitman had been charged-for, and had paid for, her partisan use of the GCCCD Student Center (that was coordinated by Mike Cully working with corrupt staff at GCCCD), which took place on August 5th, 2009. On September 30th, 2009, I was finally provided with the documents I had requested from GCCCD on multiple occasions. The documents show that Mike Cully of the East County Chamber of Commerce went to GCCCD immediately after my acquittal on august 25th, 2009, and on that date he worked with GCCCD staff to create a 'new' application - retroactively - which indicated that the East County Chamber of Commerce and Meg Whitman had agreed to pay $649.00 dollars to use the Student Center. At my trial, Mike Cully testified that the Chamber had ceased using GCCCD facilities illegally. Obviously he lied on the stand, and the Chamber only ceased stealing from GCCCD after, and only because I was acquitted. It's clear, that if I had been convicted as the racketeers had planned, they would not have created a 'new' facility-use application, immediately after my conviction; they would not have paid $649.00 dollars to GCCCD, retroactively, to cover past theft of college resources, and they would still be stealing at-will from the college to this day. For all I know they've gone back to stealing from GCCCD, since i haven't kept GCCCD staff honest by filing doc requests in the last year, that would identify if they are still robbing us blind. * With a Law Degree: Joe Ryan received his Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the ABA in 2001. Joe Ryan pursued his Law degree for business and political reasons, so he never sat for the bar, and he is NOT an attorney. Nonetheless, Joe Ryan's legal education provides Joe Ryan with a particular skill-set his opponents lack. There are very, very few members of Congress who are not attorneys or at least law school graduates, since serving in Congress involves analyzing and drafting statutes, studying cases pertaining to the US Constitution, and similar law-related tasks. You don't need to be trained in law related matters to serve in Congress, but it can't hurt to have some legal training considering what members should be doing with their time each day. Undereducated members of Congress, or members of Congress with an education that isn't particularly suited to serving in Congress are more likely to have to rely on staff and lobbyist to explain the import and impact of legislation being considered by the House., then someone with some legal training.

Joe Ryan has been importing, exporting, designing, manufacturing, and selling products in retail and wholesale markets for the last 10 years, and he amassed over 15 years of experience in the construction and home improvement business before he began attending college in 1992. While attending college (1993-2000), Joe Ryan was employed in a series of jobs of a semi-menial, blue-collar nature, typically held by aspiring students; but, even those jobs provided Joe Ryan with insight in to the financial and operational systems in place at various types of businesses, and within various local industries.

The Only Candidate with a Law Degree. The Only Candidate in The race to be the 52nd District LAW-maker who actually has a LAW Degree. The floor of congress is place where a representative has to think on their feet without the aide of staff. The debates often concern complicated points of law, and cross-examination skills are needed in hearings where adverse witnesses testify. Don't send someone without a law degree, unless they have some other special, law related skills or an independently developed ability to analyze legislation and the constitution. All of Joe Ryan's opponents are untrained in the law.

A Candidate who understands Economics. Joe Ryan has a broad understanding of the machinations and financial Looting that have been occurring on Wall Street, and a plan to deal with it. If Elected, Joe Ryan will focus on the how the Democrats and the Republicans continue to tax our families into poverty to pay for Wall Street schemes, and he'll try and join with the wave of Independents, that are sure to be elected in 2012, in a plan to stop the looting of our economy.

The Only Candidate willing to buck the DC Think-Tanks and detail a workable vision for US foreign Policy: Joe Ryan thinks independently. He values the opinions of experts, but he would not take his cue from Beltway Brainwashing Institutions like the Brookings Institute and The Council On Foreign Relations (CFR). Joe Ryan believes we can't afford to continue to waste resources imposing our will in Afghanistan, and we can't afford the to battle terrorism with overwhelming force and a monumental security apparatus. Joe Ryan favors efficient allocation of anti-terrorism resource that emphasizes direct and immediate security concerns at home, rather than an intensively tracking and chasing suspected terrorist in far-flung locations. Joe Ryan would advocate for legislation leading to much stricter control over who can enter and travel in the US, and he would support more concentration on North Korea's brand of terrorism, and confronting other states desiring to develop nuclear and biological weapons that could be used against the People of the US, sometime in the foreseeable future.
