DEMOCRATS AREN'T TRYING TO WIN IN 52ND DISTRICT:
          According to Party insiders, Democratic Party leaders made a decision in March not to let any Republican run unopposed in any of San diego County's Republican Leaning Districts.They didn't have a problem in districts where Filner, Davis, or Busby's planned to run; but they had to scramble to come up with someone to oppose Duncan Hunter and Darrell Issa. So, a Democratic Party insider (Ray Lutz) joined the race for the 52nd District seat in March. Since then, the party hasn't provided him with much money, so he's seems to have slowed his campaign to a crawl.

DUNCAN HUNTER IS GOING TO TROUNCE THE DEMOCRAT; THEREFORE THE ONLY VOTE THAT COUNTS or SENDS A MESSAGE, IS A VOTE FOR JOE RYAN

1) VOTING FOR JOE RYAN SENDS A MESSAGE TO BOTH MAJOR PARTIES REGARDING THEIR RELIANCE ON LOBBYIST

2) AN INDEPENDENT WHO MAKES THE BALLOT, CAN WIN IN THE EAST COUNTY, BUT A DEMOCRAT HAS NO CHANCE AT ALL IN THE 52ND DISTRICT

3) EVEN DIEHARD REPUBLICANS SHOULD VOTE FOR JOE RYAN, SINCE DUNCAN HUNTER HAS ALREADY BECOME SHAMELESS ABOUT HIS ABUSE OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS, AFTER SERVING JUST HALF OF ONE TERM IN OFFICE. ALSO JOE RYAN IS NOT A FAKE CONSERVATIVE. JOE RYAN IS TRUE FISCAL CONSERVATIVE WHO WOULD NEVER VOTE FOR THE FANNIE MAE BAILOUT, LIKE DUNCAN HUNTER DID IN 2008.

       THERE WON'T EVEN BE A MEANINGFUL ELECTION CONTEST IN NOVEMBER WITHOUT JOE RYAN ON THE BALLOT, SINCE THE DEMOCRAT HAS ALREADY THROWN IN THE TOWEL:
       Joe Ryan and Duncan Hunter participated in the biggest parade in San Diego this past weekend (July 4th, Independence Day)), but the Democrat took a pass on meeting and greeting 40,000 voters. What does that say about his intentions and why he is in the race. He seems to be going though the motions just to fill a spot on the ballot, so attention doesn't fall outside of the two major party candidates. The party isn't giving him the usual money to run, so he's just there doing nothing. In the primary, he just put up a few signs around La Mesa and El Cajon, while ignoring the rest of the County.
       Without someone like Joe Ryan in the race, there won't be any candidate able to effectively challenge the way the two major party's behave during and after election season. Without Joe Ryan on the ballot, the election contest for the 52nd District race won't be an election, it will be a meaningless, boring, walkover, devoid of interesting debate. Duncan Hunter will stomp the Democrat by a relatively gigantic margin, without ever having to explain his family's support for the Fannie Mae bailout, Wall Street's deregulation of the derivatives market & deep water drilling off Pacific Beach.
