Signs without Lobbyist

Joe Ryan makes his own signs at home from leftover material and 1 x 2 boards. Joe makes signs for $2 dollars, instead of getting a lobbyist, to buy signs for Joe's campaign. Joe Ryan has approximately 30 campaign signs placed around the east County, with more being constructed daily. Joe Ryan does not believe in placing hoards of signs everywhere, just enough so that everyone can get one consistent view of hs name before the election. Joe Ryan does not appreciate seeing the same politician's name 200-300 times in one-day (on signs placed everywhere). That's overkill, and it indicates the politician behind the excessive wave of signs is probably getting an excessive amount of money from lobbyist
