SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM

        Taking care to ensure that senior citizens are protected should take precedence over almost all other expenditures not considered essential to our nation's security. The hope of sustaining a viable Social Security system fades yearly as the Social Security system coffers are robbed to pay for the support and expansion of Policy mistakes and overspending by the two major parties.
        For starters, we need a more accurate measure of Inflation that reflects the basket of goods seniors and others receiving SS assistance purchase. Shoring up the Social Security Reserve Fund will not, and cannot happen until we cut US government spending massively and across the Board. We can start by rooting out the 62 Billion dollars a year that is ripped-off in medicare fraud scams, instead of arbitrarily limiting reimbursement to honest medical practitioners.

       SUSPENSION OF COLA ADJUSTMENTS IS UNFAIR TO PROGRAM'S PARTICIPANTS. APPARENTLY, THE FIRST PLACE CONGRESS WILL LOOK IN ORDER TO PAY FOR IT'S WAR IN AFGHANISTAN, BAILOUTS, AND THE NEW HEALTH CARE PLAN, IS OLD RETIRED FOLKS WHO - FOR THE MOST PART - PAYED ENOUGH IN TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM, TO EARN THE BENEFITS THEY RECEIVE.          

       SEMI-TOUGH DECISIONS NEED TO BE MADE REGARDING OUR NATION'S PRIORITIES AND WHAT CAN BE AFFORDED: Perhaps we should quit exploring the surface of Mars, exploring every nook and cave in the world for suspected terrorist, and reign in the bailouts and stimulus Acts, so we can start exploring how we can save the SS Fund, without accounting tricks and other smokescreens that merely delay the inevitable.
       If elected, Joe Ryan would go to Washington to stop waste and other government rip-offs, so there would be a chance of saving Social Security before the whole system collapses.

      CURRENT FIX CONTEMPLATED BY LEADERS OF BOTH MAJOR PARTIES: FLOOD THE NATION WITH IMMIGRANTS, SO THE PONZI SCHEME THAT THEY TURNED THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND IN TO, CAN BE FUNDED BY NEW SUCKERS, WHO WILL EVENTUALLY BE STIFFED ENTIRELY
        The GCS members have a simple solution that will not be good for America: they want to bring in a giant wave of immigrants, who would - theoretically - be happy to support an aging native population. Joe Ryan believes the Globalist's solution is bunk. Immigrants aren't going to come here and be happy to re-supply baby boomers with money the boomers already allowed the Democrats and Republicans to steal from SS coffers. Immigrants will recognize they're unfairly supporting a pyramid scheme, and SS will be abandoned.

JOE RYAN BELIEVES THE SOLUTION LIES IN ELIMINATING WASTE
      Joe Ryan believes in making hard decisions about other budget matters, rather than relying on the plan the GCS members are selling. Social Security can be saved, but not by schemes. It will take sacrifice and the kind of multi-generational perseverance that the Democrats and Republicans have proven they cannot supply. Right now, COLA increases are being suspended to make up for government waste and corruption occurring in programs and areas completely unrelated to the Social Security Program. So, Joe Ryan believes the solution to Social Security's stability problem, lies in stopping theft of public funds, by Wall Street crooks, Defense Contractors, and energy companies that aren't paying for the energy they are taking from US public lands.
