1/24/2010: OBAMA DECLARES HE'S A POPULIST WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE: Chutzpah! Obama's got lots. Not only is Obama delusional for thinking anyone other than a few idiots in his base aren't going to see straight through his populism ploy, but the egomaniacs surrounding him doomed his strategy before it got air, by announcing their strategy to the world a couple days before it was deployed this week. The first rule of acting, is to not appear on stage with a big sign hanging around your neck that declares, 'I'm just acting'. They might have well have just appeared on the Sunday Talk show circuit and declared, 'Obama is going to start lying his --- off this week, because the fools living west of the Potomac will fall for it'. What planet have Obama, Rahm Emmanueal, David Axelrod and his pal Barnie Frank been living on? Do they think we don't watch TV or read the paper? The fact that Obama is engaging in such an out-and-out public relations fraud proves he's still in the gang's pocket. Notice Mr. Populist still has a 29 year old hack from Goldman Sachs (Adam Storch) serving as his chief enforcer at the SEC. Watch him re-appoint Bernanke. Then he'll go out and rail against the bankers. Obama isn't trying to command real change, because he's the Con Artist-in-Chief!

1/22/2010: CONSERVATIVE ACTIVIST-JUDGES CLEAR WAY FOR MORE GRAFT: The US Supreme Court decided it just had to turn a simple copyright law case in to a vehicle for examing the structure of all of our federal campaign finance laws. If you believe this case protects the 1st amendment, you might be mistaken. The bill of rights protects humans, not corporations. That's why this decision is built upon shaky ground; its based upon an outlandish judicial interpretation of the constitution, which found that corporations were actually citizens protected by the bill of rights. Most sensible people considered corporations to be a legal fiction created for business organization purposes. But the Supreme court thought otherwise. The Court has decided to arbitrarily make law by interperting the bill of rights, so that its protections cover corporations. From there, it's an easy jump to say corporations can give all they want to congressional candidates, 'so the corporations precious first amendment rights can remain protected'. The Court just had to ignore the fact that corporations can buy up air time and drown out the ability of others to speak.
        Per the Court, it's OK if an entity, that's just a fictional business organization, gives so much money to a candidate that the candidate is able to outbid competing candidates, and purchase most of the available airtime on all of a district's media channels, for a week before the election. So, it's OK for fictional entities to drown out the voices of genuine, living, breathing human beings. Too bad corporations can't be drafetd in to the military and sent to the front lines, like other parties with free speech rights. And the crimes committed by humans working at corporations. Corporate crimes aren't really committed by people; it's the legal entity that did it. What a convoluted bunch of precedent. Corporations can exercise constitutional rights, but they aren't subject to criminal law, like every real person covered by the bill of rights? Conservative, Judicial Activism! Conservative judges reading the constitution as if it's a blank slate that they get to scribble law in to. Taking a case that had almost nothing to do with campaign finance law, and morphing it in to a vehicle for the court's desire to engage in a little quasi-legislating. Most courts look for a case they can take-up, so they can interpret the constitution, but this court just takes any ole case and runs with it in any direction that suits the member's agenda.

Note: If elected, Joe Ryan would immediately introduce a bill that would expunge the effect of Supreme Court decisions recognizing corporations as citizens with rights. Congress has a right to intervene and pass legislation that encompasses regulation of fictional forms of business organization made legal by federal statute. Congress can't pass legislation that directly overrides the Court's decision to declare corporations to be citizens; but the fact that The Congress can actually outlaw the right of any business to organize as a corporation, illustrates the breadth of congress's right to legislate per the commerce clause. Congress can accomplish the same goal without directly challenging the Court's authority.
        Corporations have a valuable role to play in modern commerce, and the corporate business form can produce efficiencies not available otherwise; but the fiction that corporations are people has to end, so the people can be heard too.

1/18/2010: GATES THINKS HE CAN PURCHASE THE 'MODERATE TALIBAN'S' COOPERATION: Defense Secretary Robert Gates has a new plan to win the war in Afghanistan; Gates says he's going to pay "the moderate Taliban" to switch sides and work for the government. This is another policy that shows how out of touch our so-called leaders are with reality. First, of all, there are no "moderate Taliban". Any 'moderate taliban' who says he's OK with joining a government that includes women who wear skirts and eschew burkas, probably isn't taliban at all. Henny Youngman would say, 'I'm taliban, and so's my wife' if he lived in Afghanistan and found out crazy Americans were giving away money to anyone who said they were taliban. Second, if 'moderate taliban' were to switch sides and join the government, they would be come 'deceased, moderate taliban' in short order. Meanwhile, in Pakistan, Gates pays the Pakistani Army to attack insurgents threatening the Pakistan government, as if the Pakistani government had to be paid to do what was necessary to its survival. The Pakistani Army won't attack the areas where taliban gather, because they don't want to the Afghan public to conclude they are doing the bidding of America. So, when 37,000 new troops show up, the real taliban will just fade into Helmund Province, the Khyber Pass area, and other protected locales with Pakistan, and wait us out. Oh well, it's only money; They'll just print some more, and send the bill to your grandchildren.

1/14/2010: DEMOCRATS AND TRIAL LAWYERS SEE BIG OPPORTUNITY TO LOOT AMERICA AGAIN: The Democrats created a congressional commission to 'examine' the looting of America by Wall Street, and who they stack the panel with but trial lawyers. Phil Angelides joins a couple guys from Stolia-Rudman (Bill Lerach's unindicted associates), along with lobbyist like Bill Thomas, former congressman who bills himself as a 'governmental relations advisor' for his clients. Everybody knows who makes out when class-action lawsuits are utilized to solve problems. Lawyers get rich, and the aggrieved class gets the shaft. Get ready for the looting of America part II. In Part I, persons mostly associated with the Republican Party cleaned up, and now in part two, persons tied in with the Democratic party get their turn. Looting America is great business, if you know someone in one of the major parties who will sponsor your efforts.

1/12/2010: OPERATION 'COUNTERFEIT EVERYTHING' ADVANCES AS ALMOST EVERY US CORPORATION ROBBED BY CHINESE IN PREPARATION FOR MORE THIEVERY: Globalism comes home to roost as China's governement creates an application enabling their hackers to break into the computers of almost every fortune 500 company. The problem comes to light when google threatens to pull out of China. Google's chief counsel declares that google was wrong about the impact entering the Chinese market would have upon freedom in China. Google and others now realize that the narrative that drove US trade policy since Jimmy Carter left office, that rested upon the notion that - more engagement with China would lead to greater freedom for the Chinese people, was a fallacy. The significance of the damage the hacking has caused cannot be underestimated as the Chinese have proven that they will not allow any moral codes, international laws, or threats of trade sanctions inhibit their plan to rule the world by proxy, by destroying any business they don't own. They're disrefard for copyright law ensures that they can and will make a countefeit copy of every American company doing business on the planet. First they counterfeited individual products, next they plan to counterfeit our corporations, and entire economy. They understand that they can counterfeit everything on Earth, and thereby take over international commerce. The Chinese are on a rapacious drive to soak up all the raw materials produced in the entire world, so they can deprive every one else of the materials they need for manufacturing. The globalist billionaire-traitors have been delivering our economy on a silver platter to the Chinese, India, and others for a while. They are paid well to betray us. They conned us into allowing so called 'free trade' with China, because they are cleaning up on our destruction. the perpetrators completely control OUR congress (both sides of the aisle). 1/10/2010: BLANKFEIN PROVES ONCE AGAIN THAT GLOBALIST LOOTERS ARE INSANE: Today, lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs, the guy who claimed last year that GS was "doing Gods' work", said today that, he was proud of his role in the financial meltdown, and that he and Goldman Sachs had "saved" America from ruin; therefore, by implication, he thinks everybody at Goldman sachs is underpaid.

12/31/2010: CHINA STIFFS WALL STREET WHEN BAD BETS TANK: The Chinese government came out today and exonerated Chinese traders from paying for their bad bets in the derivative market by declaring that the bets were made by unauthorized companies. China dcelared that the bets made by 37 of it's finacial corporations would not have to be paid because, 'we fooled, too complicated, bad advice', so we no pay. Meanwhile, the Chinese governemnt insists that US consumers who were fooled into buying houses with complicated contracts and bad advice, MUST pay their underwater mortgages, or the US must cover the losses, so the Chinese can't lose on their packages of securitized mortgage debt. The US congress passed the Fannie Mae bailout and stayed SILENT when 400 billion was added to the tab Christmas Eve, because they are ALL bought and paid for. You can't be anybody or advance anywhere in either major party unless you are bought-and-sold. The GOP and Democratic Party would never allow an honest person to hold office under their political umbrella.

12/28/09: SAN DIEGO CROOKS RUNNING UNION TRIBUNE BRAG ABOUT PAST THEFTS OF PUBLIC PROPERTY: On Sunday, 12/28/09, The San diego Union Tribune ran a puff piece celebrating the end of Karin Winner's tenure as editor in chief of the San Diego Union Tribune. For those of you unfamiliar with San diego, The Union Tribune is known to be the place where ALL corruption in San Diego has its home. The owners, operaters, editors, reporters, and other various employees of the paper, have a long, sordid history of being personally involved in the looting of San Diego, and the profits that flow from the crimes they systemattically cover-up. So who could be surprised that Karin Winner would brag on page one, that her family had purchased 170 acres of prime La Jolla property, from the city of San diego, in a rigged, crooked deal. Her family stole 170 acres, and the spolied -rotten rich bitch has the nerve to barg about what her family did. That's San Diego. The elites take great pride in leading the dumb electorate around by the nose, using their newspaper. They actually are quite proud of how they steal from the great mob of unwashed idiots they look down upon. What a sick, criminal bunch!

12/24/09: TREASURY REMOVES CAP ON FANNIE MAE-FREDDIE MAC BAILOUT: On Christmas Eve the globalist gave us a present; they removed the cap on the Fannie Mae-Freddie Mac bailout so the Chinese could be assured that the losses they should be taking on the dumb investments they made, will be covered by US taxpayers. Also, the thievery and corruption at Fannie and Freddie can be papered over with money, and the housing bubble can be propped up a bit longer, before it's total collapse in 2011.

12/20/2009: PAY CZAR FEINBERG GOES WILD GIVING AWAY MONEY TO CRAZY THIEVES APPOINTED TO RUN CORPORATIONS US OWNS: O'Bama's pay czar, Feinberg, who was supposed to stop the compensation insanity, gives huge amounts of money to persons that the globalist need to committ crimes for them. The persons being compensated with millions a year in what are essentially taxpayer funds, hold key positions where they are in a position to cover-up crime. Nobody covers up gigantic criminal schemes without being paid fantastically. Here's a list of people the paid off. The names and amounts trickled out all week approaching Christmas Day.

Fannie and Freddie: At least 42 million to top 12 earners
AIG Counsel: offered 3.46 million to stay and cover-up for one year. Offer refused
General Motors New CEO: Michael Carpenter gets 95. million for heading GM for one year!

11/26/09: GREENBERG AND BENMOSCHE CONSPIRE TO LOOT OUR AIG SOME MORE: Today it was announced that - under new CEO Benmosche - AIG has decided to forego its claims against Mo Greenberg and pay him $150 million dollars to cover the attorney fees he supposedly expended in the last year, fighting off charges that he looted AIG (which he did). The US taxpayers own 79% of AIG, so how can brooklyn boy Benmosche give brooklyn boy Greenberg OUR money without congressional oversight? The whole idea that the US government bailed out AIG (so Goldman Sachs could get paid 100% on LOSER derivative bets) is ludicrous, but it's even more ludicrous to allow the crooks who looted America to continue to do so, using a company the taxpayers own. After Benmosche announced the gift to Greenberg, Greenberg held anews conference and thanked Benmosche for allowing him to walk away with billions in stolen loot, and $150 million in fees too. In August of 2008, Greenberg paid 15 a 15 million dollar penalty to the government after he was caught cooking AIG's books. Also, Greenberg is the guy who morphed AIG into a derivatives gambling den (costing the taxpayers over 100 billion and likely many times that amount when all derivatives are paid over time). To make sure that the fraud and corruption that remains uncovered at AIG, will remain so, AIG and Greenberg agreed - as part of their settlement - that they won't make any disparaging remarks about each other from now on. Everybody is crooked, so everybody has to be paid to stay silent, sooner or later. Now it's greenberg, later Benmosche will have to be paid ooff, so he won't tell on the people who control him (from Goldman Sachs and the International central Bank, located in Europe).

* 9/28/08 - The Bailout scam is going down! The thieves covered their ___ by claiming they were protecting the taxpayers with an insurance plan. Supposedly, the party's that benefit from the bailout (that will be nobody according to the crooks accountants) will make the taxpayers whole, if, and only if, the taxpayers haven't recouped their 700 billion by then. Ha! Ha! Ha! What a worm-out. This bill signals the the effective end of democracy, freedom, and capitalism; and it ushers in an era of complete control and tax slavery to feed the greed of the wealthy elites. This bill has nothing to do with the law, what's moral, and/or what's constitutional. The constitution has become a used dishrag in the democrats and republicans hands. They've given up our nation's sovereignty, as any bank in the world is eligible for bailout relief !!!!!!!!!!!!!
       The IRS has a jail sentence hanging over the head of any American who refuses to turn their tax money over to foreign-based billionaire investors. Isn't that nice? How is this different than billionaires sending gangs of goons door-to-door to rob people of their valuables at gunpoint? This is crime!! This stealing!! This is Extortion!! We need to put Paulsen on trial with Bernanke, Greenspan and the rest, and get rid of the criminals connected to Fannie-Mae and the Federal Reserve Bank once and for all. Then cancel and rollback all bailouts, while seizing all illicit wealth from the criminals that started the subprime crisis (so they could profit on put options they made). I'm talking about Goldman Sachs, J. P. Morgan, and the families that own the Federal Reserve Bank (Rockefellers, Rothschilds, etc). Instead, we're about to let the aforementioned parties manage the 700 billion dollar bailout. Can't people see, the 700 billion is for the central banks, in order to make the central bank owners whole, for money they've spent backstopping the crisis they created?

* 9/26/08 - The Bailout negotiations continue. We have no idea what they are plotting in their private deals. We should have a 'sunshine law' for the federal government. Why can't they tell us what's going on? Last weekend they deleted a clause that limited the bailout to US based banks; so we are not only bailing out "Wall Street", we are bailing out the world's banks. Yep, that's right, any bank or other entity that lost money on sub-prime mortgages (in the US) is now eligible to get their bad bet refunded by US taxpayers who had nothing to do with the subprime market, and by US taxpayers who don't even own homes themselves.

* 9/25/08 - The great WAMU looting goes down as J. P. Morgan sweeps up WAMU for nothing. Now J.P. gets to jettison all of WAMU's bad loans using mechanisms contained in the 700 Billion dollar bailout. Then they will be left with a valuable bank with a positive balance sheet and lots of deposits (cash on hand that can be used in other ventures).

* 9/17/08 - Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton join forces to get an 'emergency' short selling ban in place just in time to save J.P. Morgan and Goldmann Sachs from extinction. Funny how there was no need for a short-selling ban the last few months, until the two firms that orchestrated and caused this whole mess were the only two investment banks left standing. Now, guess who gets to 'manage' the 700 billion dollar bailout fund. Any guesses? Joe Ryan has been telling his fellow citizens for years that we are facing a huge criminal network that involves both major party's, and almost every person in a position of power in Washington and Wall Street; but most people haven't been ripped-off enough yet to believe him. It's amazing how many people can't see what's transpiring right in front of them. This is not a hidden 'conspiracy'. While we may not be privy to what's said in their private meetings, the globalist crime syndicate is robbing everyone blind, and destroying US sovereignty right in front front of our eyes.

* Today they Bailed out AIG with 85 Billion Dollars from The ferderal Reserve Bank. The money will be paid back to the Fed when foreigners purchase Treasury Bonds, so it's 85 billion with compounded interest stolen from you and given to the investors and owners of AIG. AIG is bankrupt, so why are they allowed to sell insurance! They don't have money to pay claims, unless they get it from you. Amazing that the American people aren't rioting in the streets after the Fannie Mae bailout, and this scam. The American people taught the Globalist a lesson this week; Steal as much as you possibly can, and in the process destroy the future of the nation, and indebt the children forever, and we'll do nothing!

July 2008: The biggest criminal ripoff in history goes down as the Democrats and Duncan Hunter pass a 800 Billion dollar bailout plan aimed at shoring up the value of the Fannie-mae and Freddie Mac portfolio, so that foreign investors from China, the EU, Israel, and India don't lose any money on their bad bets (on overinflated US housing market values). This bill was a straight-up theft of government funds under the guise of making law. There's no excuse for the traitors that gave away 800 billion to foreign based billionaires.
