SIMPLY PUT, JOE RYAN IS CAPABLE OF DOING EACH AND EVERY CAMPAIGN JOB - THAT DUNCAN PAYS TO HAVE DONE - BY HIMSELF. PLUS, ABOUT THE ONLY TIME JOE RYAN QUITS WORKING ON BUSINESS OR POLITICAL PROJECTS IS WHEN HE'S ASLEEP; SO HIS PERSONAL WORK ETHIC ENSURES HE CAN KEEP UP WITH DUNCAN'S WHOLE STAFF, AND GET AS MUCH DONE. Note: Having large sums of money would definietly help Joe Ryan overcome the criminal harassment visited on his campaign by persons from both major parties; but theoretically, Joe Ryan should not have to spend a huge percentage of his time and resources battling crime and racketeering activities. Without harassment from persons connected to the GOP and Democratic Party,, there would be no need to have a petition-form posted on this site, because Joe Ryan would have made the ballot long ago.
HOW JOE RYAN MANAGES TO FIELD A MILLION-DOLLAR $$$$ POLITICAL CAMPAIGN, ON A SHOESTRING BUDGET
First, compare what Joe Ryan accomplishes for the money he spends on his campaign, versus what Duncan Hunter gets for the money he spends on his, in order to judge whether Joe Ryan or Duncan Hunter can be counted on to act as a fiscal conservative.
Being stingy with money, especially other people's money - doesn't come easy or naturally to someone raised in a household where their Dad made big bucks as a congressional Representative. Adults who are products of overindulgence, make weak Congressional representatives. if you've never had to live within a meaningful budget, how can you be in charge of voting on a budget for the nation? Duncan Hunter willingly accepts every bit of his 180k dollar a year salary (to serve us), all the gold-plated benefits, the congressional pension that vests after two years service, along with his military pension, to \pull down the equivalent of 250k a year. Even though he makes a ton of money via his government salary, he still uses his campaign fund as a personal slush fund; enabling Duncan to pocket even more cash and benefits. He's completely out of touch now! According to campaign finance records, Duncan Hunter recently spent $1500 in PAC money in one swipe at Ruth and Chris's steak House, and he routinely pays upwards of a thousand dollars a night to stay at fancy resorts located on the East Coast.

WHERE DID THE MILLION DOLLARS GO?
Joe Ryan has spent less than 5k to run so far in 2008 and again in 2010 (combined!); meanwhile, Duncan junior spent every one of the million dollars he took in since 2008. For all the money he's taken in, All Joe Ryan has seen is a few stock, 'Duncan Hunter for Congress' signs here and there. He did manage to buy a small magnet to announce his campaign temporarily on the side of his truck. Nothing like what Joe Ryan has accomplished with his campaign van; but hey, a million dollars doesn't go far these days.
Joe Ryan could sponsor a candidate in ALL 435 congressional districts for a million dollars! What does that tell you about who would respect the taxpayers by not throwing money away pointlessly (on things like 'signs that tell people nothing' and 'a large staff).
Joe Ryan knows how to save a buck; meanwhile Duncan junior has spent his million like a proverbial 'drunk sailor on leave'. He's out of touch with what a million dollars represents, and he's only been in Washington DC a couple years.
