Joe Ryan, candidate for Congress in the 52nd District
The Only INDEPENDENT Candidate Running in the 52nd District

Joe Ryan Does not Accept Money from Anyone!

Why I'm running for Congress By Joe Ryan

Let's Get some misconceptions out of the way and then I'll Proceed to explain in depth, Why I am running for Congress against Duncan Hunter jr. and Mike Lutz.

* I realize my odds of beating the two major party candidates, while simultaneously refusing to accept money, are not short. Ever heard the saying, "it's not always about winning; it's about how you play the game"? Winning is great, and I would like to win. I'll go all-out to win,; but how I'm playing the game (refusing to accept money or run an expensive campaign) will hopefully send a message to somebody (my opponents or the public).

* I realize I may be ignored by the media since they have established bizarre, anti-democratic guidelines for who they interview, cover, or allow into debates and other forums. In the media's eyes, not raising or spending money equates to strike one & two against the legitimacy of my campaign; and I've understood that fact from the start. Doesn't make me happy; but I understand how the game of politics is played in our corrupted culture.

* I realize I may be mocked by some people who don't understand what I'm trying to accomplish, appreciate what I'm doing, or have disdain for my efforts. That's not a big deal, or something I lose sleep over.

* I realize some people will have disdain for my campaign because they will presume - that my run for office at the congressional level - indicates I think I am a bigshot, or a know-it-all. In fact, while I have a broad range of knowledge about many issues and matters related to politics and my business's product-lines, I have never considered myself smarter than my neighbors, co-workers, or other people I meet every day in the East County.
Everyone has their specialty, and I do believe I have a better understanding of some political issues than some people who do not study those type of matters in-depth. My law degree took a lot of work and studying, and it sets me up to be a better congressman than my opponents (without law degrees); but, 90% of our population could make it through law school too. I earned a law degree because I made getting a degree a priority, and I was fortunate that some other things worked out to make getting my degree attainable. It doesn't prove I'm smarter than someone who specializes in building bridges, or managing a store. Nonetheless, with my law degree and life experience, I'm much better suited to serving in congress than most people, who are just as smart or smarter than myself, but who have concentrated their studies in areas not related to the law or politics.

WHY I'M RUNNING:

* I'm better qualified for the job than the candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties. My Law Degree provides me with tools to write and understand complicated legislation, that persons who have not been specifically trained in the law, will struggle to grasp.

* Perhaps I would not be running if either Duncan Hunter jr, with an original thought, or if either major party candidate decided to forsake big party politics-as-usual, and it's reliance on dirty-money. Instead we have the usual scenario; two major party candidates who are raising and spending money non-stop on consultants, semi-pointless signs, and big staffs; while they advocate politically safe positions that the polsters and party advisers sell them.

* Regardless of my status or lack of name-recognition. I'm running on a platform that involves trying to remove the influence of money from politics. I plaster, 'this candidate does not accept money' anywhere I can get a little exposure, because it shocks some people into thinking about the possibility of accepting a concept (politicians running for office without raising money) that has been buried far from the belief centers of our brains. Yet, how hard is it to rebel against the democratic party and republican party by simply voting for the candidate who does not accept money, in every election, until all politicians are forced to play by our new rules? It just takes the willpower of 40% of the voters to change politics in the 52nd district. I'm a raging optimist who actually believs in the mental strength of the American people, and I believe they will eventually realize that the two major parties are the enemy, instead of their beloved team.

* The percentage of voters who have given up on the republicans and democrats has risen to almost 25% of the registered voters (in the 52nd district), yet if I hadn't run for the 52nd district seat, their would be no person representing anything other than major party viewpoints. Mike Benoit (a libertarian) is running too; however, I do not believe he has a coherent plan for advancing America, other than claiming he's the 'Ron Paul' candidate', and mimicking everything Ron Paul says and believes. I admire Ron Paul, but some of his ideas play into the hands of the globalist (like returning to the gold standard). Returning to the gold standard is better than letting the fed issue fiat money; however, it is not an equitable solution to our money-origination problems, considering the globalist crime syndicate has most of the world's gold stored in the central banks they own around the world.

* Another reason I'm running is because I want to advertise the fact that our nation is at a critical juncture in history; and that we must all come together soon against a common enemy (The Globalist Crime Syndicate) before they loot every one of us of our wealth and turn control of this nation over to foreign based investors. The process started a long time ago. It's a carefully executed plan that most Americans don't even know exists. It's not a conspiracy 'theory'. It's a fact of life that is detailed in a book written by Richard Haass (The President of the council on Foreign Relations), titled, The Opportunity, America's moment to alter history's course. You've never heard of the book because they didn't market the book to the public. It was a book by someone who thinks he's 'elite' for others who feel the same way about themselves. You can pick it up on Amazon for a penny or two (plus shipping).
What's important about the book, besides the fact that it contains a blueprint for usurping the sovereignty of our country through massive entanglement, is the fact that the Globalist Crime Syndicate believes they can snuff out freedom for good and deliver all effective power to the insane persons Richard Haass refers to affectionately as the 'hereditary elites' by the year 2012. They believe that, if the American people can be brainwashed into inaction for just a couple more years, then they will have enough power, so that the citizens of any one nation (as well as all the citizens of the world) will be powerless to stop their accent to power.
Free Trade agreements are the ticket to their success, yet freedom loving conservatives have been conned by tools on talk radio into believing that free trade agreements are about improving exports, when they are really about delivering all power to NGO's run by the globalist crime syndicate's leaders. Haass has an 'integration index' in the back of the book wherein the globalsit keep track of all the ways they have fooled us into ceding them power.
You won't hear any of this from Duncan Hunter (whose Dad pays 20k a year to be a CFR member), or Mike Lutz (because the globalist OWN the democratic party, lock, stock, and barell); so I decide to fill an intellectual void, and join the race.

THERE WON'T EVEN BE A MEANINGFUL ELECTION CONTEST IN NOVEMBER WITHOUT JOE RYAN ON THE BALLOT, SINCE THE DEMOCRAT HAS ALREADY THROWN IN THE TOWEL:

Joe Ryan and Duncan Hunter participated in the biggest parade in San Diego this past weekend (July 4th, Independence Day)), but the Democrat took a pass on meeting and greeting 40,000 voters. What does that say about his intentions and why he is in the race. He seems to be going though the motions just to fill a spot on the ballot, so attention doesn't fall outside of the two major party candidates. The party isn't giving him the usual money to run, so he's just there doing nothing. In the primary, he just put up a few signs around La Mesa and El Cajon, while ignoring the rest of the County.
Without someone like Joe Ryan in the race, there won't be any candidate able to effectively challenge the way the two major party's behave during and after election season. Without Joe Ryan on the ballot, the election contest for the 52nd District race won't be an election, it will be a meaningless, boring, walkover, devoid of interesting debate. Duncan Hunter will stomp the Democrat by a relatively gigantic margin, without ever having to explain his family's support for the Fannie Mae bailout, Wall Street's deregulation of the derivatives market & deep water drilling off Pacific Beach.
Voters can ensure that the two major party candidates will be confronted about selling the nation out, time and time again, by going to the ballot-petition page, before July 15th (where you can print out a ballot petition form). The page contains complete instructions on how to fill in the ballot petition, along with a mailing address for completed petitions.
